Before you hit record, we lock the format, dial your levels, and sit in on the session — remote or in the booth — so the bad takes never make it to the edit. Mic plan, room notes, and a run sheet included.
Multitrack editing
Every host and guest on their own track, tightened for pacing. Ums, cross-talk, dead air, and the tangent that went nowhere — gone. This is the stage that turns a long recording into a show people finish.
Noise cleanup & restoration
HVAC hum, laptop fan whine, a reverby spare bedroom, a guest who drifted off-mic. We pull the room out and bring the voices forward. Send the raw files first — we’ll tell you honestly what’s rescuable.
Mixing
Levels balanced across every voice so nobody disappears and nobody blows out an eardrum. Music beds, stingers, and ad spots placed and ducked cleanly. Your show sounds intentional, not assembled.
Mastering to −16 LUFS
The last pass: broadcast loudness that holds up on earbuds, a car stereo, and a kitchen speaker alike. One consistent level across every episode, so listeners never reach for the volume mid-feed.
Show notes & chapters
Timestamped notes, chapter markers, a tidy episode summary, and a pull-quote or two ready for social. Written by someone who actually listened — not auto-generated and left for you to fix.
Video cut
Shooting the session too? We sync multicam to the finished mix, cut three vertical clips for Reels/Shorts/TikTok, and hand back caption-ready exports — one edit that feeds your audio feed and your socials.

A fixed weekly turnaround, one invoice, and a sound that stays identical episode to episode. Record Tuesday, publish Thursday.
