Before you hit send

Four things that speed up the quote.

None of these are required — a one-line “can you help?” works too. But the more of this you include, the faster we can come back with a real number.

1

The format

Solo, co-hosted, or interview? Weekly or a limited run? Rough episode length? This tells us how many tracks we’re untangling and which package fits.

2

How you record

Remote over Riverside/Zoom, a USB mic at your desk, or something you want to do in our booth — tell us the setup and we’ll flag anything worth fixing before you record.

3

A sample, if you’ve got one

A link to an existing episode or a raw clip lets us hear the room you’re working in. We’ll tell you honestly what cleanup can and can’t do before you commit a dime.

4

Your publish date

When does episode one need to be live? First full cuts come back inside 48 hours, and season clients get a standing weekly slot, so timing is easy to lock once we know the target.

Ready when you are

Tell us about the show. We’ll do the rest.

Fill in the form and a real engineer — not a form robot — replies with a plan, a flat rate, and the next open slot. Usually within a day, often sooner.
